Shipping policy
Free shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with no minimum order. Elsewhere, shipping is calculated by destination and weight and is shown at checkout before you confirm — never afterwards.
When your order leaves
Orders confirmed before 14:00 (CET), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Outside those hours and on public holidays, they are dispatched the next working day.
From that point the delivery time is set by the carrier and depends on the destination.
Who we ship with
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: SEUR.
- Rest of the world: FedEx.
We ship to Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East. Available destinations and their shipping cost appear once you enter your delivery address.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you give us when placing the order. If nobody is there to receive it, the carrier leaves a notice with a phone number so you can arrange a new delivery.
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery sheet and let us know.
Tracking an order
Every shipment has a tracking number. If you cannot find it, or you would rather we tracked it for you, email info@ferrotecnia.com or call +34 91 993 20 15 with your order number.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item. The conditions are in our refund policy.
