Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. Spanish law requires 14; here you have 30.

The period expires 30 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party you have designated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

An unambiguous statement is enough — a letter, an email or a phone call — sent before the deadline to:

You may use the statutory withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to.

Where to send the goods

To FERROTECNIA IBERIA, S.L., Calle Arangutxi, 12 — 01015 Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. You have 14 calendar days from the day you tell us to send them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

When you get your money back

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used, no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever comes first.

Condition of the goods

You may open the item and check what it is and how it works, just as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

What cannot be returned

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
