The resin used in the manufacture of the handle is mixed with approximately 70% pellet wood .
The 'Woody Cutter' maintains its grip even with greasy or sweaty hands. A good choice for use in mechanical workshops.
The lanyard hole at the end of the handle can be used to attach a lanyard, carabiner, or other metal accessory, making it useful in a variety of work environments where safety control is strictly required. The hole is positioned so that a lanyard won't interfere with work or blade replacement.
Excel's ultra-sharp black LBB blade is pre-loaded. Our black blades have a sharper sharpening angle than our standard silver blades and boast a superior initial sharpness. The two-stage sharpening makes it difficult for the blade to chip at an acute angle.
A ratchet wheel locking system provides unlimited blade positions.
