KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG-G - Intumescent roll gasket

KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG-G is an intumescent material for standard applications. Special feature: insensitive to humidity.

KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG G is a graphite intumescent gasket with a very rapid expansion capacity, starting its expansion reaction from a temperature of 200ºC

Under the action of the heat of the flames, KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG G expands up to 15 times the initial thickness with a pressure of minimum 0.5 N/mm2, in all 3 dimensions.
KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG G comes in 2 mm thick strips.
Humidity or contact with water does not affect its expansion characteristics.

• Fire doors made of steel, aluminum or wood
• Special application areas, e.g. insulation of lock boxes and door hinges
• Facades
• Security cabinets, control cabinets
• In dry construction: Inspection openings, partition walls and roof constructions
