This practical set of flange separators is specifically designed to facilitate maintenance work on DIN flanged pipe installations. Its main function is to allow the controlled and safe separation of the flanges when repairs or component replacements are required, such as changing the sealing gaskets that ensure the system's watertightness.

The spacers are suitable for a range of pipe diameters between 80 and 250 mm and can be used on flanges with M16 to M24 bolts , making them a versatile tool suitable for multiple applications in industrial environments.

Instructions for use:
Proper use of this accessory always requires working with both separators together. They are positioned opposite each other, inserted into the flange slots 180° apart, so that the force is distributed evenly. Then, the spindle of each separator is rotated in alternate directions. This allows the flanges to separate gradually and without excessive effort.
Once the procedure is complete, simply reverse the movement by turning the spindles in opposite directions alternately. This allows the flanges to come together precisely, ensuring a reliable and accurate assembly.

It is important to emphasize that these separators are designed only for use in pairs , as their effectiveness and safety depend on the mutual and balanced support they offer when placed in opposite positions (180°).
