  • The electronic torque and angle wrench is designed for the quality/analysis application area.
  • It allows you to control the tightening process, including curve evaluation, directly on the wrench for analysis and quality assurance purposes.
  • The wrench has a controlled tightening range of 100 to 1000 N·m.
  • It has a measurement accuracy of +/- 1% (torque and rotation angle) and meets even the most demanding industrial requirements.
  • The key can record up to 9999 measurement data points and curves in its large internal memory.
  • Data can be transferred wirelessly via WLAN or USB cable.
  • The key can be loaded with work plans and images to guide workers, and measurement data can be sent back via WLAN.
  • Work plans can be initiated via the menu or the integrated 2D scanner (optional).
  • The key can be connected to CAQ systems (optional).
  • It features a 4.3-inch touchscreen with a stable viewing angle and high contrast for intuitive and fast operation.
  • The large screen allows you to view measurement data, overlay tightening curves and evaluate them directly on-site at the wrench.
  • The key indicates the achievement or exceeding of the established target value visually (screen), haptically (vibration in the handle) and audibly (beep).
  • The casing can be rotated +/- 60°, allowing the screen to be read even in hard-to-reach places.
  • The key features a powerful lithium-ion battery that guarantees a long lifespan (no memory effect).
  • The battery can be easily replaced using the quick-change system and can be charged with the optionally available charging station.
  • The key is supplied from the factory with a calibration certificate in accordance with GEDORE's internal standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards.
  • Calibration can be performed according to DKD-R 3-7 Class 1, including calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional).
  • The key can be programmed with different gauges for insertion tools.
  • Free PC evaluation software is included in the delivery.

Este juego de herramientas es con diferencia lo mejor de lo mejor. He probado y tenido muchas llaves hexagonales y todas acaban perdiendo agarre con relación a los tornillos. Estas no. Son de muy buena calidad y el agarre es inmejorable.
