PYRO-SAFE® DG-S is a water-based fire protection coating for interior use, especially developed for rolling stock applications. The VOC content is significantly below the minimum limit of 50 g/L, which defines the GS-11 standard (Green Seal Standard, Edition 3.1/2013).
Scope
- PYRO-SAFE® DG-S can be applied to metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

Driving
- PYRO-SAFE® DG-S is designed for application by airless spray (nozzle opening ≥ 0.061 inch = 1.54 mm) or compressed air spray (nozzle opening ≥ 3.5 mm). The material can also be applied by rolling or brushing.
- Shake (stir) the material well before applying it.
Classification
- The product meets the requirements of R1 / R7 for hazard levels HL1-HL3 according to DIN EN 45545-2 (02/2016).
