Electronic torque and angle wrench for production/assembly applications. Enables safe, controlled, and efficient screw tightening (assembly) and tracking/documentation of screwdriving processes subject to documentation requirements. Controlled screw tightening in the range of 10–100 N·m. Thanks to its extreme precision, with a measurement accuracy of +/- 1% (torque and angle), it meets the most demanding industrial requirements. In addition to torque/angle measurement, it features a track display, peak measurement, and the ability to recall presets and process plans. The large internal memory can store up to 9,999 measurement data points and curves. Data can be transferred wirelessly via WLAN, Zigbee (optional), or USB cable. Bidirectional communication allows for wireless transfer of work plans to the device, as well as transmission of measurement data. Work plans can be initiated via the menu or using the integrated 2D scanner. By default, the E-Torc P can be integrated into existing production management systems (MES) using an open protocol. Thanks to the high-quality, angle-stable 2" IPS display, it is clearly readable even in bright working environments. The 360° visible LED ring allows for easy monitoring of the assembly process, even under challenging conditions (e.g., overhead work). Signaling is provided visually (display, LED ring), tactilely (vibration), and audibly (signal tone). The lightweight, ergonomic design, along with the side confirmation button, enables comfortable and fatigue-free operation. The powerful lithium-ion battery ensures extended operating time and a long lifespan (no memory effect). The optional inductive charging station allows for wireless charging and provides secure storage in both horizontal and vertical positions via wall mounting. Factory calibration certificate according to GEDORE GTTWN001, traceable to national standards. Angular calibration according to VDI/VDE 2648-2.
