The GEDORE 1.37/2 cylinder liner puller is specifically designed for removing cylinder liners from a wide variety of engines, including those from Mercedes-Benz and MAN trucks, as well as light commercial vehicles and stationary engines. Its operation involves screwing the counter-support spindle into the puller's tension nut and positioning it over the cylinder liner. The counter-supports are carefully placed on the cylinder block, and by turning the spindle, three clamps expand forcefully under the liner's edge using an innovative method that ensures a quick and secure grip. Finally, tightening the counter-support nut allows the liner to be removed without damage. This puller offers precision and efficiency, facilitating disassembly in professional maintenance and repair work.
