Asking is nearly always the fastest way. We answer ourselves, not a call centre, and we know what job each reference was built for.
We're here Monday to Friday. Outside those hours, write to us and we'll reply as soon as we open.
What gets asked most
My order
Orders confirmed before 14:00 (CET), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Outside those hours and on public holidays, they go out the next working day.
From there the delivery time is set by the carrier: SEUR in mainland Spain and the Balearics, FedEx everywhere else.
To track your order, write to us with the number and we'll find it.
Shipping and costs
Free to mainland Spain and the Balearics, with no minimum order. Elsewhere the cost is calculated by destination and shown before you pay, never afterwards.
We ship to Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order, with no need to justify anything — the law requires 14 and here it's 30.
You tell us, you send the tool back and we refund you by the same means of payment. The return postage is on you.
Guarantee
Everything sold here carries the manufacturer's guarantee: we buy from the manufacturers and their official distributors, never from a third party.
If something fails, write to us with the reference and the order number and we handle it for you.
Invoice
An invoice is issued with every order and sent to you by email. There's no need to ask for it.
You can buy as a business: enter your VAT number in the billing details when you place the order.
Payment methods
Card, PayPal, Klarna and the Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay wallets. Depending on the country, local methods also appear: Bancontact, iDEAL, BLIK or MobilePay.
You'll see them all at checkout. Prices include VAT.
