The distribution of forces acting on the four cutting edges significantly reduces axial and radial forces and ensures extremely smooth, material-friendly operation thanks to uneven splitting.

Thus, the new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink not only guarantees a perfect, chatter-free countersink pattern, but also considerable energy and material savings, with up to 50% time savings and up to 3 times longer tool life.

For the first time, countersinking with diameters up to a maximum of 40 mm is possible, even with hand-held screwdriving and drilling tools, using new, cutting-edge technology.

The new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink works with the same precision on both column drilling machines and CNC-controlled machining centers.

The new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink comes standard with a 3-component shank, which prevents the chuck from slipping and ensures optimal and constant power transmission during the work process.

RUnaTEC
RUKO's in-house developed RUnaTEC coating guarantees even greater performance. Especially for demanding materials such as heat-treated steel, the coated RUnaTEC version impresses with its powerful penetration into the material and even improved wear resistance.
