GEDORE ETQR 12-KD - Electric torque wrench with cable + display

Electronic torque and rotation angle wrench for quality/analysis applications. It allows for the control of screw tightening, including curve evaluation, directly on the wrench for analysis and quality assurance purposes. The unique feature of the E-Torc QR is that the display unit is separate from the torque and rotation angle wrench and connected by cable. This allows for greater precision when tightening screws with low torque settings. Screw tightening is controlled in the range of 1.5–12 N·m. Thanks to its extreme precision, the most demanding industrial requirements are met. All standard measurement methods are supported (tightening torque, rotation angle, yield strength, additional rotation (VDI compliant), loosening/retightening, process plans). The large internal memory can store up to 9,999 measurement data points and curves. Data can be transferred wirelessly via WLAN or via USB cable. The E-Torc QR can be equipped, if required, with work plans, operator guidance images, and can transmit measurement data via WLAN. Work plans can be initiated through the menu or using the integrated 2D scanner (optional). A connection via CAQ systems can also be enabled as an option. Thanks to the 4.3" high-contrast, angle-stable touchscreen, operation is intuitive and fast. The large display allows for viewing measurement data, overlaying tightening curves, and analyzing them directly on-site, at the wrench. Signaling is provided visually (screen), tactilely (vibration), and audibly (signal tone). The display unit can be placed on the work surface using a table stand or worn on the belt using the included clip. A powerful lithium-ion battery ensures long operating time and a long service life (no memory effect). Factory calibration certificate according to GEDORE GTTWN001, traceable to national standards. Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7, includes calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional). Version 6 N·m calibrated according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2 Type I Class E. Various insertion dimensions for programmable insert tools. Free PC analysis software is included.
