The ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink is a high-performance tool that represents the best performance in all disciplines. It is optimally suited for handheld applications with a cordless screwdriver or drill, on column drills, and on CNC-controlled machining centers.

The unequal pitch of the new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink is a key component in redesigning the way countersink holes are made, producing a smooth and extremely quiet cutting action, eliminating chatter marks and creating a perfectly circular hole. Cutting loads are distributed across four sharp cutting edges, significantly reducing axial and radial forces, reducing wear and increasing tool life. This unique cutting action also allows the range of available sizes to be used comfortably and efficiently to drill holes up to Ø 40.0 mm using hand-held or pistol-grip drilling machines. Until now, this countersink diameter was not possible with a hand-held drill. The range from Ø 10.4 mm to the largest Ø 40.0 mm can be used efficiently and is recommended for all types of drilling machines.

The 4 specially developed cutting edges in combination with the uneven pitch make the ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink a universal all-rounder.
