MPS - Profi-Line 3116 Jigsaw Blade

The MPS 3116 is a precision jigsaw blade made of BiMetal, part of the Profi-Line range for laminates, plastics, and coated panels. It is specifically designed for straight, fine, and splinter-free cuts in synthetic and technical materials such as hard plastics (PP, PE, PVC), acrylics, polycarbonates, and HPL (high-pressure laminates).

Thanks to its fine 12 TPI teeth, tapered cross-milled cutting geometry, and durable body, it delivers smooth, clean cuts, minimizing the possibility of melting due to heat or vibration, even on delicate materials such as Trespa or acrylic glass.

With a working length of 75 mm, it works efficiently on workpieces between 2 and 20 mm thick. Its BiMetal construction provides excellent durability and thermal resistance, ideal for demanding technical and professional work.

Its T-shank type fit makes it compatible with a wide range of professional jigsaws (Bosch, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee...).
