GEDORE 2005 XL - XL Professional Workshop Trolley Line

The GEDORE 2005 XL tool trolley offers a professional and robust solution for organizing and transporting tools.

Its ABS plastic work surface has three compartments for small parts, while the ergonomic handlebar makes it easy to handle even in tight spaces.

The side walls incorporate European-style holes for attaching hooks and tools, and the edges feature impact protection, increasing durability. The frame is constructed from corrosion- and scratch-resistant sheet steel with a blue GEDORE powder-coated finish.

The extra-wide drawers (792 x 400 mm) feature a central locking system with a cylinder key and a safety mechanism that allows for one-handed opening. Mounted on ball-bearing slides, they are fully extendable and can be fitted with longitudinal and transverse dividers for better organization. The maximum load capacity is 60 kg per drawer, with the bottom drawer rated for 70 kg.

The high-performance chassis supports up to 1000 kg total (750 kg dynamic) and features two 200 mm fixed wheels with roller bearings and two 125 mm swivel casters, all with full brakes, ensuring maneuverability, smooth movement, and stability even under maximum loads. This design allows for efficient and comfortable work in demanding environments.

Optionally, it can be equipped with GEDORE tool modules for a customized solution, in addition to galvanized steel dividers available separately. Special colors and models are also available upon request, adapting to the specific needs of each professional.
